Terms & Condition for Fly fares

Welcome to M/S Fly Fares International Services (“Fly Fares,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website www.flyfares.net, or by booking any of our travel services through any online or offline channel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These terms apply to all users, visitors, clients, and customers accessing our services in any form.
- Booking and Payment
a. All bookings made with Fly Fares are subject to confirmation and availability from our service partners (including airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators).
b. A reservation shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt and acknowledgment of full or partial payment by Fly Fares.
c. All quoted prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier rate revisions.
d. Fly Fares accepts payments through secure payment gateways, UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other authorized electronic methods.
e.The client must ensure the accuracy of all information at the time of booking. Any errors caused by incorrect details provided by the customer may lead to additional charges.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. All cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email to our official email address.
b. Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of service (flights, hotels, tours, visa processing, etc.) and the policy of the respective service provider.
c. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting the necessary cancellation or administrative fees.
d. No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows or missed departures
- Partially utilized services
- Visa refusals caused by incomplete or inaccurate documentation
e. Refund timelines are dependent on supplier and airline policies, and Fly Fares cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
- Travel Documents and Visa
a. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other required travel documents.
b. Fly Fares provides visa counseling and application assistance but does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
c. Fly Fares shall not be held responsible for losses, missed flights, or trip cancellations resulting from visa delays or rejections.
d. Travelers must adhere to immigration, customs, and legal requirements of all destination countries.
- Responsibilities and Liabilities
a. Fly Fares acts strictly as an intermediary between customers and service providers (such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, etc.).
b. We are not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling
- Hotel service issues, accidents, injuries, or losses
- Acts of God, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
c. The customer is responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Fly Fares will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property during the trip.
d. Any claims for losses must be made directly to the relevant service provider as per their policies.
- Use of the Website
a. You agree to use www.flyfares.net solely for lawful purposes and genuine travel-related bookings.
b. Misuse, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity on the website is strictly prohibited and may lead to civil and/or criminal proceedings.
c. All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Fly Fares and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.
d. Fly Fares reserves the right to monitor website usage and take appropriate legal action in case of misuse.
- Travel Insurance
a. Fly Fares strongly recommends all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, baggage loss, and other travel-related risks.
b. Travel insurance may also be arranged through Fly Fares in partnership with leading Indian insurance companies.
c. Customers are encouraged to review insurance policies carefully before purchasing to understand coverage limits and exclusions.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
b. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to the services provided by Fly Fares shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridkot, Punjab, India.
- Indo Canadian Bus Service
a. By using our Indo Canadian Bus Service, you agree to abide by all applicable Indian travel and safety regulations.
b. Bus tickets issued are non-transferable and valid only for the individual named on the booking.
c. Cancellations or rescheduling of tickets will be handled according to our refund and change policy.
d. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings; Fly Fares does not compensate for lost or damaged property.
e. Fly Fares reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, or operational details as needed for service continuity or safety reasons.
d. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all terms and conditions as permitted under Indian law.
- Modifications to Terms
a. Fly Fares reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
b. It is the responsibility of the user to review the terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.
c. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
