1. Booking and Payment
All reservationsmade withFly Fares are subject to confirmation and availability by our associates (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.).

A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt and confirmation of full or partial payment by us.

Rates may change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge, or re-taxed by suppliers.

We accept payments in secure payment gateways, UPI, net banking, and credit/debit cards.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests haveto be madein writing or by email.

Cancellation fees depend on the service type (flights, hotels, tours, visas) and our service providers’ policies.

Refunds (where applicable) will be made within 7–14 working days, subject to deducting relevant cancellation fees.

No refunds for no-shows, partially used services, or refused visa applications due to faulty documentation.

3. Travel Documents and Visa
It is the responsibility ofthetraveler to have valid passports, visas, and other required documents for travel.

Fly Fares offers visa counseling and help but makes no assurances of visa approvals.

For visa refusal or any delays in issuing visas, Fly Fares will not be held responsible for any loss or failure to make the travel plans.

Travelers should adhere to the immigration regulations of the destination country.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities
Fly Fares isan agent between you and otherservice providers (airlines, accommodation, transportation, etc.) and bears no responsibility for service breakdowns, delays, accidents, or changes outside our control.

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred due to acts of God, strikes, political instability, or other force majeure.

Customer is liable for personal property during travel. We are not liable for stolen or misplaced goods.

5. Use of the Website
You undertaketo use www.flyfares.in solelyfor legal purposes and authentic bookings.

Misuse, unauthorized use, and fraudulent activities on the website are banned and can lead to legal prosecution.

All content, including text, logos, images, and designs, belongs to Fly Fares and cannot be reused or copied without consent.

6. Insurance
We stronglyadvise that all our travelers buy travel insurance for medical emergency, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and other travel-related risks.

Insurance is also offered by Fly Fares in association with the best Indian insurance companies.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
